一、比赛分组及曲目
1.儿童组（1995年10月2日以后出生者）
初赛：1.巴赫初级钢琴曲集任选一首；2.自选一至二首乐曲，纯曲目演奏时间不超过6分钟。
决赛：自选不同于初赛曲目一至两首，纯曲目演奏时间不超过10分钟。
2.少年组（1992年10月2日以后至1995年10月1日以前出生者）
初赛: 1.巴赫二部创意曲任选一首；2.自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过8分钟的一至两首乐曲。
决赛：自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过15分钟的不同于初赛的曲目，其中应有一首技术性较强的乐曲，其它曲目应具有不同风格。
3.青年组：（1989年10月2日以后至1992年10月1日以前出生者）
初赛：1.巴赫三部创意曲或平均律任选一首；2.自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过15分钟的不同风格的作品，曲目数量不限。
决赛：自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过20分钟的不同于初赛的作品，其中应有一首斯卡拉蒂奏鸣曲，其它曲目应具有不同风格。
4.成人组：（1989年10月1日以前出生者）
初赛：1.巴赫平均律中任选一首；2.自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过20分钟的不同风格的作品，曲目数量不限。
决赛：自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过30分钟的不同于初赛的曲目，其中应有一首斯卡拉蒂奏鸣曲，还应有一部多乐章作品（如奏鸣曲、变奏曲、组曲等），其它作品不做限定。
5.成人传统低音组：（1989年10月1日以前出生者）
初赛：自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过15分钟的不同风格的作品。
决赛：自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过20分钟的不同于初赛的作品，其中应有一首中国作品。
6.重奏组：（注：只进行一轮）
（1）15岁以下组（1992年10月2日 以后出生者），不得超过四架手风琴，自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过12分钟的作品，曲目应具不同风格特点。
（2）16岁以上组（1992年10月1日以前出生者），不得超过四架手风琴，自选纯曲目演奏时间不超过15分钟的作品，曲目应具不同风格特点。
二、奖项，奖金
1.儿童组：一等奖一名，奖金1000元；二等奖两名，奖金600元；三等奖三名，奖金300元。
2.少年组：一等奖一名，奖金2000元；二等奖两名，奖金1000元；三等奖三名，奖金500元。
3.青年组：一等奖一名，奖金6000元；二等奖两名，奖金3000元；三等奖三名，奖金1000元。
4.成人组：第一名，奖金20000元；第二名，奖金10000元；第三名，奖金5000元；第四名，奖金1000元。
5.成人传统低音组：第一名，奖金5000元；第二名，奖金3000元；第三名，奖金2000元；第四名，奖金1000元。
6.重奏组：
15岁以下组：第一名，奖金2000元；第二名，奖金1000元；第三名，奖金500元。
16岁以上组：第一名，奖金2500元；第二名，奖金1500元；第三名，奖金800元。
三、报名时间及办法
1.报名日期
从2008年7月10日至8月31日止。选手须认真填写报名表，并将报名表与一寸照片两张，有效身份证（户口，省份证，护照）复印件一份，一并寄至天津音乐学院手风琴键盘系艺术节组委会收。地址：天津市河东区十一经路57号，邮编300171，报名表可登陆[url]www.tjcm.edu.cn[/url] 或 [url]www.accordions.com/china[/url]下载。

2.报名费：
儿童组和少年组200元；青年组300元；成人组400元；成人传统低音组300元；重奏15岁以下组每组300元；
16岁以上组每组400元。
选手可通过当地邮局汇款，勿将钱款放在信中邮寄。汇款单应注明选手的姓名和组别，汇款地址同上。
四、参赛须知
1.比赛顺序按各组抽签结果进行。
2.各组选手须按规定曲目背谱演奏。如曲目不符合章程要求，组委会有权取消参赛资格。
3.各组比赛曲目超过规定时间，评委有权叫停，但不影响比赛成绩。曲目时间过短（未达到规定时间三分之二），将影响比赛成绩。
4.进入复赛的选手，初赛成绩将带入复赛。初、复赛成绩各占50%。
5.各组比赛成绩将于每轮赛后张榜公布，以示公正。
6.评委将由国内外知名专家组成。
7.获奖选手有义务参加发奖仪式及获奖音乐会。
8.进入决赛的选手都将获得荣誉证书。
9.选手报到时间：2008年10月1日全天，地点：天津音乐学院校内，报到时选手应提交参赛曲目复印件，包括自选
和规定曲目，如发现谱面有人为损坏或缺张少页的现象，组委会将在比赛成绩上扣除0.03分。
10.参赛选手及随同人员费用自理。
11.组委会有权根据报名人数和比赛情况调整选手奖项设定。
12.组委会有权对此章程做最终解释。

The Competition Rules of the Third China Tianjin International Accordion Art Festival

I. Competition Groups and Melody
1. Children Group (Candidates born after Oct. 2, 1995)
Preliminary Competition:
1. Any optional one melody selected from Bach’s elementary piano musical collections;
2. From the optional first to the second composition, the pure melody performance time should be less than 6 minutes.
Final Competition:
The optional melodies are different from the preliminary competition melodies with one to two melodies, the pure melody performance should be less than 10 minutes.
2. Juvenile/Teenager Group
(From the candidates born after October 2, 1992 to the
candidates born before October 1, 1995)
Preliminary Competition:
1.Any optional one melody selected from Bach’s two-part Inventions;
2. The optional pure melody performance time should be less than 8 minutes for one to two melodies.
Final Competition:
Candidates shall be given less than 15 minutes to perform the optional pure melodies different from preliminary competition melodies, among the melodies, there should be one technically strong composition in the melodies, other melodies should be performed in different styles.
3. Youth Group:
(From the candidates born after October 2, 1989 to the candidates born before October 1, 1992)
Preliminary Competition:
1.Bach’s three-part inventions or any optional one melody in the equal temperament;
2.Candidates shall be given less than 15 minutes to perform the optional pure melodies of the musical works in different styles, there is no restriction on the quantity of melody.
Final Competition:
Candidates shall be given less than 20 minutes to perform the optional pure melodies different from the musical works performed at the preliminary competitionperiod among the melodies, there should be one sonata written by Scarlatti involved in the melodies, other melodies should be performed in different styles.
4. Adult Group: (Candidates born before October 1, 1989)
Preliminary Competition:
1.Any optional one melody in Bach’s equal temperament.
2.Candidates shall be given less than 20 minutes to perform the optional pure melodies of the musical works in different styles, there is no restriction on the quantity of melody.
Final Competition:
Candidates shall be given less than 30 minutes to perform the optional pure melodies different from the melodies at the preliminary competition period, among the melodies, there
should be one sonata written by Scarlatti involved in the melodies, in addition, there should be one multi-movement musical work to be performed (such as the sonata、variations and suite etc.), there is no restriction on other musical works.
5. Adult Traditional Bass Group: (Candidates born before October 1, 1989)
Preliminary Competition:
Candidates shall be given less than 15 minutes to perform the optional pure melodies of the musical works in different styles.
Final Competition:
Candidates shall be given less than 20 minutes to perform the optional pure melodies of the musical works, among the melodies, there should be one Chinese musical work to be performed.
6. Ensemble Group: (Notes: only one round performance)
(1) For the candidate groups under 15 years (the candidates born after October 2, 1992), the candidates are not permitted to perform in excess of four accordions, the performance time for the candidates to perform the musical works of optional pure melodies less than 12 minutes, the melodies to be performed should be in different styles and characteristics.
(2) For the candidate groups over 16 years (the candidates born before October 1, 1992), the candidates are not permitted to perform in excess of four accordions, the performance time for the candidates to perform the musical works of optional pure melodies less than 15 minutes, the melodies to be performed should be in different styles and characteristics.
II. Award Item and Award Money
1.Children group sets up
The first prize one person, award money RMB1,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan One Thousand Only);
The second prize two persons, award money RMB600.00
(Say in Renminbi Yuan Six Hundred Only);
The third prize three persons, award money RMB300.00
(Say in Renminbi Yuan Three Hundred Only).
2. Juvenile/teenager group sets up
The first prize one person , award money RMB2,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Two Thousand Only);
The second prize two persons, award money RMB1,000.00
(Say in Renminbi Yuan One Thousand Only);
The third prize three persons, award money RMB500.00
(Say in Renminbi Yuan Five Hundred Only).
3. Youth group sets up:
The first prize one person, award money RMB6,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Six Thousand Only);
The second prize two persons, award money RMB3,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Three Thousand Only);
The third prize three persons, award money RMB1,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan One Thousand Only).
4. Adult group sets up:
The first prize award money RMB20,000.00(Say in Renminbi Yuan Twenty Thousand Only);
The second prize award money RMB10,000.00(Say in Renminbi Yuan Ten Thousand Only);
The third prize award money RMB5,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Five Thousand Only);
The fourth prize award money RMB1,000.00(Say in Renminbi Yuan One Thousand Only).
5. Adult traditional bass group sets up:
The first prize award money RMB5,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Five Thousand Only);
The second prize award money RMB3,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Three Thousand Only);
The third prize award money RMB2,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Two Thousand Only);
The fourth prize award money RMB1,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan One Thousand Only).
6. Ensemble group sets up:
Candidates under 15 years,
The first prize award money RMB2,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Two Thousand Only);
The second prize award money RMB1,000.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan One Thousand Only);
The third prize award money RMB500.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Five Hundred Only).
Candidates over 16 years,
The first prize award money RMB2,500.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Two Thousand and Five Hundred
Only);
The second prize award money RMB1,500.00(Say in Renminbi Yuan One Thousand and Five Hundred
Only);
The third prize award money RMB800.00 (Say in Renminbi Yuan Eight Hundred Only).
III. Enrolment Time and Method:
1. The enrolment date starts from July 10, 2008 and ends by August 31, 2008. The candidates need to fill in the enrolment form consciously, and all the candidates are required to mail the enrolment form and two one-inch-size photos and one copy of the valid identification card (household registration book、ID card and passport) to the Art Festival Organization Committee under the accordion and keyboard department of Tianjin Conservatory of Music for reception together. 2. Enrolment Fee:
RMB200 for children group and Juvenile/teenager group; RMB300 for the youth group; RMB400 for the adult group; RMB300 for the adult traditional bass group; RMB300 for each ensemble group in the candidates under 15 years; RMB400 for each ensemble group in the candidates over 16 years.
All the candidates can remit the enrolment fees to us by your local post office, please do not put the money in the letter and mail us. You should state your name and group classification on the remittance receipt, and the remittance address is same as above.
IV. Instruction for Entering the Competition
1. The competition turn shall be decided pursuant to the results
by way of drawing lots for turns by each group.
2.The candidates from each group need to recite the music scores and perform according to the stipulated melodies. If the melodies do not conform to the competition rules requirements, then, the Organization Committee has the right to cancel the competition-taking qualification.
3.If the competition melodies in each group exceed the stipulated time, then, the members of the judging panel have the right to stop the performance, but it does not affect the competition results. If the time of the melodies is over short (not reaching the two-thirds of the stipulated time), then, it shall affect the competition results.
4.For the candidates who take part in the semi-finals, 50% of their preliminary competition results shall be counted in the semi-finals.
5.The competition results of the list of names from each group shall be posted up to announce so as to show the equity after each round of competition is over.
6.The judging panel members consist of the Chinese and overseas well-known experts.
7.The prize-winning players have the duty to take part in the prize-giving ceremony and the prize-winning concert.
8.All the players entering the finals shall get the honory certificate.
9.The deadline that all the candidates should register: October 1, 2008 all day long, registration place: on the campus of Tianjin Conservatory of Music, all the candidates should submit the copy of the competition-taking melodies including the optional and stipulated melodies to the Organization Committee on arrival, in case the music score surface is found indistinguishably factitiously or the music scores are damaged or the missing page is found, then, the Organization Committee shall deduct 0.03 score from the competition results so as to show the equity.
10.All the competition-taking candidates and the accompanying personnel shall pay their own expenses.
11. The Organization Committee has the right to adjust and establish the award items for the candidates according to the number of the applicants and the actual competition circumstances.
12. The Organization Committee has the right to make the final explanations on the rules.
